2013 tundra 4x4 base

Level lift kit and rims

Hey there I have a few questions first I tell you what I have : 2013 tundra crew max 4x4 4.6l so I put a level lift kit in I got 3” in front 2” in back put new stock struts left everything else stock but the rims 1st ? Is it normal for the rims to toe in when putting that on ? 2nd ? Put all new brakes on but didn’t change brake shoes for e brake should I have changed those too ?
