Replacement engine did not come with brain box and fuse box. So we had 4 leads from one truck and other had 6 leads. How do we finish the job to get truck rumning

Gonna need a lot more info to help you. Where did the donor engine come from? Same cab, year and drivetrain as yours?

If the two engines are from the same year truck, you should be able to use your wiring harness on the new engine. May have to swap the sensors and what not from your old engine to the new if the harnesses don’t match up.

My engine has 6 plugins and donor engine has 4 plugins. Donor engine has 4 plugins. It has less accessories. Mine is 6 plug-ins with more accessories. What accessories will I lose if I can’t plug 6 in

If you don’t understand what the plugins do, I would start by figuring that out. The motors are the same between the two. Check the EWD.
