It's not the bees knees or anything but the Mongolian beef is solid and the chicken lettuce wraps are good. The one in Tampa airport had the best Mule's pre-covid. Not no mo though.

Saw PF Chang. Registered Panda Express. PF Chang is Peter Chang’s chain?

    Panda express is definitely gross.

I’m not sure myself. I’ve never been there; only heard about it. Their website says the following:

“P.F. Chang’s was conceived and developed by Paul Fleming (P.F.) and Philip Chiang (Chang) so both names were incorporated into the name of the concept”.

Ah, I thought it was this guy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Chang_(chef)

He opened Tasty China which had, for the longest time, been one of the only reliable places to get authentic Szechuan food in ATL that wasn't on Buford Hwy. Then Jia opened up, a sister restaurant, bringing it into the city. They recently closed all the peripheral Tasty China locations near Dobbs AFB and opened one in a new location and it's not quite the same. And none of the original workers appear to work at the new place, almost as if something got sold out. Some shared menu items from prior places but it tasted ... different.

I thought we had a discussion about why would anyone goto Panda Express if your town or city has authentic Chinese? Similar to going to Taco Bell in Texas when authentic Mexican restaurant is a stones throw away.

Somehow I thought you mentioned you went there? Maybe it was a dream. Haha

Time. sometimes you just need a quick in and out, no time to sit and be waited on. I like Panda though. And Taco Bell. All fast food really. I eat like a raccoon.

Could be. I am old and drink too many beers, possible that we did. Along the lines of your Taco Bell mention. I live in Tucson and have a wife that will make home cooked Mexican food, but I have no problem crushing some Taco Bell.

We have a shit ton of places here that I can't go to. I have to bring my Spanish speaking friends. Absolutely phenomenal straight up Mexican food; no Tex-Mex in sight. But yeah, we do have a lot of Tex-Mex too.

I got $10 on it if you ever swing through here and I ever swing through there.
