    Long story short.
    First 2022 tundra failed engine.
Second 23 tundra major alignment issues.

    Currently on my 5th alignment.

    4 alignments "done" by toyota.
    Ruined tires at 11k miles.
Dealer replaced tires and said on the 4th alignment they aligned it to the recall standards that is destroying the tires on hybrids/certain other models.

I just added a leveling kit 1.75" and 1" in rear. Went to a performance offroad shop for my 5th alignment and they showed me that none of my alignment adjusters have ever been touched and still have factory markings on them..

Cherry on top is that there is no way to align my truck. He said the casters with the markings were already maxed out from the factory.

He has never seen this in his life unless the vehicle was a total loss and not straight.

I need to know should I bring it to my dealer even though I have a leveling kit and I know they will blame that? I am severely worried on how not straight my truck is that alignment is impossible.
    TIA!!

    Something doesn't add up.

Hate to say it, but good alignment techs are getting harder and harder to come by...

We have some performance off-road shops around here that I wouldn't let air up my tires let alone do an alignment.

No doubt they will blame the lift. I'd remove the lift, bring it back to stock then bring it in.

Something isn’t making sense here. If you disassembled any of the front end, you should do an alignment.
You can always do after market uppers with better adjustments

He got the truck 90%better but the caster he said is maxed out and was that way with factory markings and no adjustment left in the lower arms. I have asked several shops and friends in my area and everyone says he is the guy. He has a hunter alignment rack and been doing it over 15 years.

Toyota doing 4 alignments and my tires got worse and worse makes me think they know the alignment is maxed and replaced my tires to shut me up since my first tundra I was already a headache with after engine failure.

I love my truck and rides better after his alignment on toe and camber.

I would not worry as much about the caster, max it out but get the camber close to zero and the toe to .05 - .10 on each side with a max of .20.

With the caster being maxed he got my toe to zero and camber he could only get .2 in each side. Again specs are way better as my camber was +2 when I got there. He said other tundras with the 2 inch level and 3-1 level he has never had any issues aligning the trucks. Mine is the first maxed out with factory markings.
