New member, for the wrong reasons!

Hello all! I came here to see how many tundra engines have failed as of late…. Mine blew up last night with 36200km on it… will hopefully find out today what toyota plans to do with it and how long that will take. Here’s a pic of my 23 TRD limited

Sorry to hear about your Tundra, hopefully Toyota will replace it quickly.

 

That sucks man. Build date within the recall range?

 

Sorry you're going thru it and not sure anyone but Toyota can answer that accurately. We still see reports occasionally here and in Facebook.

 

Sucks... hopefully Toyota will treat you right and get you back on the road w/as little heartache as possible!

Mine isn’t on the recall list as of yet… I’d thought I had a good one! Apparently tho, I don’t. It’ll be 4-6 months to repair I was told today as most of the parts are on back order with no estimated delivery dates. Toyota Canada did in fact rent me a new F150 for the duration of the repair time though. So that was nice, although the truck sucks in comparison to my tundra….
