Rear bumper end cap help

Hi- I'm looking to replace a damaged/crushed driver side rear bumper end cap. Does anyone know where the best place is to buy a pre-painted end cap (white 040)? Looks like there is a bracket behind that I also need to buy, does anyone know this part # along with the corner step cap part # that goes on top of the bumper? Also, how is the BSM sonar sensor connected to the bumper and what's involved with disconnecting/reconnecting?
