Buying a set of wheels/tires with no TPMS sensors for my 2021 1794. Is the low pressure light on the dash going to stay lit?

Any aftermarket sensors worth messing with? I see RockAuto has Denso at about half of what Toyota wants for a set.

Your current sensors should work with the new wheels. If you had the steel sr5 wheels you would need different ones.

    Alot of them
If there are no sensors at all, the light will stay on and most likely you will get a TPMS system malfunction warning. The 2020 and newer does not like most aftermarket sensors. Save yourself the headache of trying different ones and get the OEM sensors.

Or do what some do. (Myself included) jump the stupid light out and never worry about it again. We got by without them for decades.

If it's nothing but a warning light, I'm OK with that.

Where can I find the details on that procedure?

If I can find it, I’ll post it for you. I’m sure you can search for it too.

I did mine and a coworker did his as well. It can easily be put back to factory when and if you sell.

If the light is disabled then why bother. How would a buyer know?
