So I'm due for new tires soon. What do you guys think? Should I stay with 33s, or increase to 35s?

    Alot of them
You will most likely need a BMC for 35's. What about the 295/70/18 (34's)?

I haven't considered 34s. Is that extra inch really worth it? (immature laughing )

285/75-18s are 35 tall but you wont any the fitment issues like 35x1250s. Excellent size for our trucks.

I've already got the 17" wheels, so that's not an option for me.

What brand of tire offers 295-75-18?

My 2020 crewmax came with 20" wheels. I like the look of the 18" wheels with taller tires better.

Does anyone know if I can put 18" wheels on? Is there enough clearance for brakes? Or any other problems this might cause? Issues with speedometer or odometer?
    Thanks.
