I had a message pop up that says something to the effect of "Maintenance Requires Visit Dealership Soon".

    Any idea what that's about?

    Thanks

Thanks. I had it changed around 5k miles. Is this something I can reset myself?

Yes. You should be able to reset yourself.

I have a gen 2.5 so not sure about the exact application to your gen. 3 Starship Enterprise version. But hopefully something close to this.

On a 2.5 you set the gauges to tripometer A. Turn engine off. Hold the tripometer A button down and at the same time turn the key to the accessory position. Gauges will read "reseting maintenance info" (or something like that). Keep holding tripometer A until the reset message disappears.

It's something that you want to do after every oil change. I learned that on my road trip to Texas when mine turned on and got me worried something was wrong but the good folks on here told me it should be manually reset each at each oil change. It's in the steering wheel control settings on the 2.5gen.

If you had the oil changed at a dealer they should have reset the maintenance mile counter for you. Mine did when I had it changed at 4000 miles.

I seem to remember there being a menu option (from the steering wheel controls) to reset the counter.

It comes on every 5k. You change it from your steering wheel, scroll over to the setting (gear icon). Scroll down to vehicle and tap it, then scroll down to oil change. Hope this helps.

Is there a way to change the nanny interval? I assume it’s 10k, but in this case I want Charlotte to tell me at 4k.

the reminder interval is 500 miles before 5k since last reset if i remember correctly.

and the interval is based on the owners manual of every 5k to rotate tires and check what not and not oil change interval.
