    The brand is Ultra. They put them on the TSS package trucks. I've never seen ones like the OP posted on a Tundra though. Normally the ones I've seen were like the ones I have or similar.

    The “T” on the center cap is for Tundra. And yes, I’ve seen quite a few with that wheel in silver, perhaps someone had those powder coated. Or plasti-dipped

    I have the newer version. Those look like they are the 2nd generation version that were part of the TSS series that the Gulf State dealerships did. Yes, they are made by Ultra Wheels.
