    Good morning Tundra land!

I bought my first Toyota vehicle in 1972 (yeah, I am that old!), a Toyota station wagon. Great little car. Next was a Toyota pickup in 1975 (before the Tacoma but the same size). I had a diversion to Ford and GM for a few years, then came to my senses and bought a 1993 Toyota pickup that I drove for many years. A local Toyota service department ruined the engine by over revving it cold, and after taking the issue up the chain to Toyota Japan headquarters, I swore off Toyota. After working on a 1995 Ford “square body” pickup until I tired of trying to keep a classic running, I traded it last week for a 2014 Tundra with fairly high mileage. It is good to be back to Toyota. I live in the Memphis metro area and am looking for the best place to trust with the care of my truck.

I hope to learn a lot about my “new” truck from all of you. Thank you for having me!

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! I grew up just south of Memphis but moved south as soon as I graduated from high school. You found the right place to find out all about your truck, how to take care of it, and how to make the most of it.

Welcome I’m also from the Memphis metro area. 2014 is a good choice and will last you a long time with basic maintenance
