    Hey everybody.

I live in Portland and have to pass DEQ to register my truck. Much to my surprise, I took it through and it failed by producing a P0441 code (this is the only code producing). Even though the check engine light has not come on. Before yall ask, yes I have replaced the gas cap, it did have an aftermarket locking one. Check lines/hoses and cleared the code. Pulled the charcoal canister, blew air through all the lines etc.

Fast forward, this pushed me to get Tech Stream setup. Which was an ordeal but it's working now. I ran the EVAP test and ran the code checks and ended up with a few figures I couldn't quite decipher. All of the valves say they pass testing with the one thing failing is the purge flow with a barely negative value. I have searched endlessly and can't find what numbers I should be expecting for the test or what to go after next. Any help is appreciated. Attached is the screen shot from the test.

My issue ended up being the purge valve under the hood. The testing was finicky because the valve was intermittently sticking. So it would pass sometimes.
