Recently purchased a 2019 CrewMax 5.7 V8. Has 58,000 miles. Love the truck and want to take care of it so she lasts forever. Any advice on routine/preventative maintenance I should be doing to keep her running healthy and as long as possible? I was driving a 2006 Tacoma 4cyl manual 5spd regular cab that has 217,000 miles on it. I still have that truck and love it. I want this Tundra to also reach high mileage. Again, any advice for what to look out for and take care of for the Tundra is appreciated.

Personally I would start with changing every fluid in the truck:

    - Oil (I'm sold 5w-30 is the way) 5k mi. or 6mo.
    - Brake Fluid (Dot 3) every 3 years
    - Coolant (Toyota SLLC) every 3 years
    - Power Steering Fluid (Dex III ATF) every 3 years
    - Front Diff (75w-90) every 3 years
    - Transfer Case (Redline MT-LV) every 3 years
    - Rear Diff (75w-90) every 3 years
    - Transmission Fluid (Toyota ATF WS) every 3 years

Just noticed your bio says 4x2, so disregard the transfer case and front diff, all the other stuff still applies. If you are towing heavy & frequently I would probably do every 2 years on the transmission and rear diff. Other than fluids, tire rotations and air filters these trucks don't need much. Many suggest doing the PCV valve every 30k miles or so too. Spark plugs are every 120k.

I bought my Tundra last December, and over the first few months of ownership, did all the above fluids, despite the truck being religiously serviced every 5k at the same Toyota dealer, for peace of mind I'm doing all I can to make my truck last a lifetime.

If 'forever' ownership is desired - I'd suggest improving the trans' cooling abilities. Not sure if '19s came with the trans thermo & external cooler (not the puck integrated to the heater hoses - they all have that). If it doesn't - I'd suggest adding the OEM parts - your own cooler of choice and fan controlled with a 5pin relay + bonus override switch for dash. Luck and enjoy that rig.

2019's didn't have the trans cooler from the factory. Agreed OP should add one
