    Hey everyone!
I have an 06 Tundra Double Cab and I have been having some issues with my front driver door.

    Here is what happened:
I figured out that the door stop was cracking so I reached out to Cameron over at First Gen Tundra and bought his reinforcement plate. I figured since I was fixing that issue, I might as well replace my door hinges which were failing, so I bought the upper door hinge (68720-0C010) and what I thought was the lower door hinge (68740-0C010). The weekend after the parts arrived I began the replacements. The first issue I ran into was that the top nut of the door stop is just free spinning so I couldn't install the reinforcement plate. So I moved on to the door hinges. I replaced the top one but when I got to the bottom one I realized I had the wrong part. Now I have a half finished job and a crack in the door that is getting worse. It has been 3 months and the dealership never got back to me. To make it worse, the area of the door around the door latch has been denting in and I don't know what to do at this point.

Is there any chance someone can confirm the part number for the lower driver hinge? when I use the parts catalog it gives me PN 68710-0C010. But when I type in that PN to the toyota parts website it shows "Front Door Hinge Assembly Upper Right Hand". I just don't want to get the wrong part again since I'm a broke college student.

Also, Any ideas how I can stop my door from denting? It causes my interior lights to come on when I'm taking right turns. Any ideas on how I can get that nut out as well? I don't have any grinding or cutting tools.

    Thanks for any help and I'm sorry if it's a lot.Screenshot 2024-09-06 at 12.03.00 PM.png Screenshot 2024-09-06 at 12.03.18 PM.png IMG_1990.jpg IMG_1992.jpg

Your photos show the latch side not the hinge side.
