State in this instance was not the geographic sense of the word, but the governing body.

I forgot about the Ramones, 60 songs in sixty minutes. :headbang:
Between bands when I was at a Blondie concert they got booed when announced as a coming act. I went and it was a great show.

So apparently my youngest is a budding novelist. Can't vouch for the quality (I haven't read it yet) but, she's got a masters in English lit from William and Mary and has always been into almost anything written. Literature that is. This genre is something she really likes. But she collects classics like Walt Whitman too. She read Song of Myself,6 at her grandfather's funeral. Diverse. I'm pretty sure Rick Tippens, who was on here at one time, started the same way.

    Her post.

Hey friends, I wrote a novel. It’s called Seven Devils, Tennessee and it’s a spooky Appalachian paranormal romance.
I submitted it to Kindle Unlimited today, and it should be available for download sometime soon!
    Stay tuned for updates.
(And yes, it has spice 1f336_ddde9ee548cec1c97366f1426a674c931587e5d6.png1f609_673a90b24aa6e8104b0ca2ca87d5a092696b1b20.png)

QX 80 today. I did the exterior for no charge as I had my helper and I wanted to walk him through a basic wash.

We spent around 5.5 hours (probably 3.5 - 4 on interior). She was a super awesome customer. Extremely appreciative, very friendly, and overall 10/10 customer. It took a bit longer because of the helper (he’s almost 16) and I had to guide him and inspect his work each passing. Photos don’t do it justice

Concerts...going to be hard to remember all of the opening acts even if I can remember the main artist.

First was Bon Jovi with Skid Row opener, back when I was 13. Besides Metallica, I've also seen (in no particular order) Beastie Boys, Depeche Mode, Gypsy Kings, The Police, Macklemore, Anthrax, BB King, U2 and a few more I cannot remember.

As part of the Metallica shows, I've also seen Eminem, Dr Dre, Kid Rock, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Filter, Guns & Roses, The Sword, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Godsmack, Pantera, Mammoth, and Five Finger Death Punch. There are easily another 5-6 bands that opened for Metallica that I don't remember.

So did they do that first or Motley Crue? That's a signature Tommy Lee thing from back in the day.
