Trying to find the source of this transmission (or maybe coolant), this is underneath view that I used a mirror to find the source. 2021 tundra with 46k miles. Transmission fluid is original and never been flushed. I’ve taken to Toyota every 5k miles for oil change. Two weeks after last service, Coolant was down so the pink color made me think it was that but it’s oily and seems to be originating from top of transmission. Anyone had this or have any experience.

    That's definitely coolant IMO.

Where are the coolant lines that would be leaking?

If its leaking from the back of the engine and running down the back of the trans, it might be from a leak in the coolant valley under the intake manifold. Here's a link to the thread from a member who had this problem. Let us know what you find, and good luck.

Is it leaking from the puck? I can see it in the top left of your picture. These diagrams show it, but you don’t have the atf cooler since you have a 21. Only the puck cooler/warmer.

I don't know if it is or not, but couldn't hurt to ask if it's covered under the 5/60,000 powertrain warranty.

That is exactly what happened to my Tundra @Garbear41. I also responded to you on my thread. No issues what so ever with warranty and my bill was $0. The dealership had my Tundra for about a week and they even provided a loaner car. No issues since. Hopefully you have the same outcome as I did.
