So I am looking at a set of 17s 9.5 wide with a negative 18 offset is it possible or not is my question. And if it is how far is the tire going to stick out

I have a 2.5 in leveling kit, I removed the metal bracket in front of the front cab mount and trimmed the carpet a little bit with a razor blade, nothing crazy, I don’t rub at all now

You will have a lot of poke. Since u said a 9.5” rim, most will use a 12”-12.5” tire width. With 12” tire width you are looking at 3.87” of poke to the outer sidewall. This is not taking into consideration the wider rim, add another .75” for the outer side possibly. Do-able, yes, depends on how you feel about a few things. Wear on wheel bearings, debris kicking up onto paint, etc.

I have 305/45r22 on 9.5 wheels at 20mm offset and 1.375” of poke if I recall.

What tire size are you looking to use? That will really factor into rubbing concerns.

Its worth it, that size compliments the truck well! Mpg suffers a little bit, I get about 17 mpg on the freeway and 14 in the city

Best way to show poke is using the camera in the truck, shows it perfectly.
