Custom Aluminum Wheel Wells

After countless trips through the desert and trudging through snow and water, I got fed up with the cheap rubber wheel well liners constantly getting shredded. I’ve lost count of how many I’ve had to replace. So, I teamed up with my brother-in-law to create something better—custom aluminum liners. We carefully designed them to avoid snagging any lines, hitting the frame, or interfering with other parts. The initial results are promising! We’re also adding a vent at the front for improved cooling to the fan. I’ll post updates as we make more progress.

 

Working on the front rear now and it’s complete.

Ben says it needs a rear vent so we’re adding that now to match it up to the front. Then trace the pattern for the other side and done. Was going to paint but this raw looks really clean.

 

Looks amazing, excellent craftsmanship. I do think they need to be able to give a little when off-roading as the body and frame are not directly attached to one another and experience some flex. They appear to only be attached to the body correct? Are you gonna paint them ala @BlueRibbon4x4 style?

 

correct we added to the body and made sure it has clearance to the frame and away so it won’t smash on any impact. I’ll post more when it’s completed. As for the painting. I’m going to leave raw right now as I kinda like the look. I can always take off and paint it black or a dark grey and leave the vents raw.

 

Any plans to mass produce? My drivers side front just tore where the push pins go so I’m needing to replace. Figured I’d ask as I’m sure many others would also be interested.

 

Cut completed. Adding bolt patten now and mounting.

 

If we get enough interest and about x15 trucks to order we can CNC and laser cut, bend them, hardware, and install guide and ship.

 

I'd like a set, can we have them in black?
