    My 2002 Tundra started making loud noise when I turn on AC blower

    This would be better posted in the 1st gen tundra section but you likely have debris in your fan and will need to remove the blower motor from below the passenger side dash area. If there is damage to the fan or the motor is locked up you may just need a new blower assembly.

    Easy fix. Look under the glove box. I electrical connector and 3 screws. Probably has leaves or debris caught in the fan blades which look like a squirrel cage. Remove the fan assembly and vacuum/brush it clean. If squeeking sound may be bearings or brushes on the motor failing. Replace only with OEM or Denso unit. Part number should be 87103-0C010
