I have a 2022 Tundra, which I love (despite the recalls). I park far away from the entrance in parking lots, with no other vehicle, for at least 3 spaces when possible. BUT I still end up with rubs and scrapes on the bumper corners and fender flares.

I have searched several times for a rugged solution, so if some %$#wad rubs my truck, the "armor" rips their vehicle's body panel to shreds, but I only found a few expensive fabrications requiring cutting body panels.

    I have 2 questions.

First, does anyone know of a solution that will protect my corners?

Second, why can't someone make a rear bumper that bolts into the place where the original bumper sits but has extended wrap-around corners? Many brush guards for the front of trucks have unbolted wrap-around protection for the headlights. Like this.

Depending on where you live, @STravis makes some sweet bumpers and he fabs them himself so he could work with you to make a bumper to fit your needs.

Unfortunately, I live in New England, a bit of a haul to NM.

Another vote for ranch hand. Had a buddy that had one on his truck smoked a deer at 60mph didn’t do anything to the bumper or the truck

I checked the Ranch Hand website, and all they have for a 2022 Tundra is a bumper. They do look nice and tough.

probably need to wait a year for them to catch up. i would forgo the grille and wait for the summit bumper refresh or the bullnose

saw a video on tiktok or YT where some clueless person tried to merge into a truck with a summit and pretty much ate the drivers door on a 4runner and left only a small white paint spot on the corner of the summit bumper.
