I bought this truck 2 months ago and it had a rail system on it I can’t seem to identify. Any help would be appreciated. 2023 tundra hybrid

Looks factory to me!

Did the PO (or dealer) leave the movable tie-down cleats along with the rails? Mine came with 4 cleats, which are quite useful really.
