Working on timing belt replacement, this sensor clip (im sure thats not what it really is but sounds good) that has to be pulled through the LH timing cover that has the black plastic clip piggybacking on the connector that snaps into the cover...anywho, I'm not going to volunteer how much time I have spent on it and cant get it off. I have inserted pick, micro screwdriver, etc..no dice. Im trying not to break it but Im about ready to.

Also, I'm assuming all the various plastic clips are OEM only? I broke one of a different kind yesterday.

    THANKS

this is the other clamp on my cam cover. It’s useful because it closes around a wire or cable

just got and went out to shop.... I think whatver lever is supposed to be in there to release is gone.....maybe previous owner or mechanic broke when he put it on last time...i shined a lite directly in there and its hollow all the way under there with just those two plastic side rails...kind like looking under a catamaran. Just going to break it ...argggh..thanks
