    Looks like a non-CAPA certified replacement shell for a 2nd gen Tundra tailgate. Swap your hardware over to it and get it color matched. Buyer beware for knock off body panels like these though. Could be hit, could be miss.

    No. As knabores said it's a replacement tailgate. Just transfer parts and paint.

    There are several vendors on ebay selling what looks to be the same item...mostly decent reviews.

    Can't seem to find one within a few hundred miles....and the ones I do see need to be painted to match....so closing in on $800-$1,000 when finished.
