    Whipple supercharger (2.9 175RF)
I have a 2012 tundra. Supercharged (2.9 175RF). I can still hear the GOOD whine, however it sounds like a bearing or a chain is done. There is a rough “slapping” noise or wobbling noise coming from above. Almost sounds like a belt is loose but I know for a fact that isn’t the case. It’s not a rod knock, no check engine light,no effect on driving as of right now. Just a little lost as I want to do everything I can to not have it sent for a rebuild considering my whipple warranty is expired. Advice?

Sounds kinda like the coupler is shot, if that version has a plastic type like the others do.
