    I'm all about being transparent and addressing an issue vs. shoving it under the rug. The intake is a great design, with a couple small preliminary issues that we will address. :)

    Hi @BriannaSTILLEN quoting myself again because I dont think I got an answer to this and we are 2 weeks into this issue. Now that you guys have a better understanding of the problem and possible solutions...what are we looking at time wise on a fix? I know Im putting you on the spot but I think its fair to get an ETA when we have a good chunk of change tied up in this.

    I think @Breathing Borla had the correct solution to this. They arrange to have you send them back, issue a refund, and then send you out a new one FOC once the issues are ironed out. Seems completely fair for being an early adopter on something like this. You've dumped a bunch of extra time basically doing fitment testing for them.

    That should have taken place before going prime time. I’m surprised no Stillen fan boi as made the famous “ Stillen will make it right “ statement… as previously had been the fav quote around these here parts.

    But I’m sure they will, just the inconvenience. Kinda like the bearing-gate debacle ….

    Good morning everyone.

    We have 3D printed new lids which clear the coolant reservoir tank. These will move forward into production. We are working on figuring out the best solution for the clamps. The silicon couplers will also be addressed - they will be longer moving forward.

    I do not have an exact timeframe, but we are moving forward as quickly as possible. We will provide another update soon with better ETA information.

    No point in acting like were not frustrated and/or disappointed, right? Vendors should know when they've ticked off customers so they can step up and make it right. If we pretend like everything is right, they will be under the same assumption and will do nothing about it. But if its brought to their attention, a remedy is requested and the opportunity is given to them, then the ball is totally in their court. Stillen messed up, big time. Now is the time for them to show us who they truly are

    Edit: And so far so good. Comms could improve but I will take that over silence. And this is not at all on Brianna...I know she's just the messenger here. Thank you Brianna for being a liaison

    Or, if you want to play hardball, just dispute the charge with your credit card company as defective merchandise with no timely response/resolution from the vendor. You'll get your money back immediately while Stillen tries to explain how/why they aren't at fault. I bet Stillen reaches out quickly then since you'll have the product AND your money.
