I'm planning on buying a set of snow tires for my 23 platinum (stock is 265/60/20, non lifted). Is it ok to go 18" wheels? What size of snow tires will I get?

I have Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2's in 275/65-18 mounted on Method Racing 318 wheels on my 1794, they work great in deep snow, or glare ice.

Stock right? No rubbing? 0 offset for wheels?
