The other day I was out of control in my new truck and I was playing the Volume on my JBL speakers at Max (not for to long maybe a minute here and there). I’m worried I could have damaged the speakers but I think they sound ok. Does anyone think I should be worried ?

If you didn't play them at max for super long they're probably fine. If they're damaged, you'll hear it. If they sound okay I wouldn't worry.
