I had my 6112/5160 Bilstein kit installed along with JBA uca,i just got it back last night so i only drove it for about 10 miles. Today i drove it and on my way back i turned left at a traffic light at about 50mph and i heard some tire squeeling when I turned left.
Everything was installed and the the did a front end alignment.
I dont remember doing that at stock height.
*still has stock TRD offroad wheels and Michelin tires with about 21k miles on them

Were you doing 50mph LH turns before the suspension work?

Usually chirping is a sign of an improper alignment, but as @FrenchToasty mentioned 50mph is a pretty solid rip!

I've taken some off ramps well over their exit speed and haven't had tire slippage yet.....foot wide tires and TRD swaybar might be the reason. How old are your tires? Proper PSI in them?

Can you post up your alignment sheet? IME, an "in spec" alignment doesn't always mean a good or proper alignment. Our sequoia is "in spec" but I need to have it redone because it's twitchy as a squirrel on crack.

I will have to check the air in my tires and see if i can recreate when i heard it. Maybe it wasn't 50 mph but at the time i was thinking that i had turned like that before and never heard the tires do that before.
The truck is a 2019 and has the original tires which are at 21k miles

6112s are stiffer than the stocker setup, so the load doesnt transfer within the suspension as much in turns/braking. So the stock suspension would just lean over and take the load. With stiffer suspension, springs dont flex, less body roll and that load moves to the tire....so the noise in a fast turn.

You will also notice less brake dive with your new setup vs stock. Still, post up your alignment specs.

So far i'm not really thrilled with the shop that installed my suspension and did my alignment. I went back there today and he can't provide me a print out of the alignment.Specs on my truck which leads me to believe he's got some kind of aniquated system. I have an appointment for wednesday morning to put it back on the rack and check it but im not holding my breath?
Iwent back to the left turn that i took before this time going about 18 mph abd it was still squeeling

Oh really? Even at 18 mph? I wonder if it's the type of surface causing the wheels to squeal. Does it do it on other ramps? And you didn't have this problem before you had the suspension done, correct?

Nope I never had the problem until I lifted the front end of it up. I drove my truck to a dycast show about an hour away from when I went to get Back on the freeway, just making the righto start to merge into traffic. It was squeezing then too.
I also noticed it sqeeling on a 2 lane backroad and the turns weren't even that tight

Good Lord....it almost sounds like the alignment of the hubs are skewed or something. Like one is further back than the other. I'm just trying to think of how the tires could be squeeling so easily and only after the work was done.
I've heard of that before but it was on wrecked vehicles that had frame damage and everything was out of wack.

Interesting. I knew Dr. Frist and his 2 sons.
We weren't golfing buddies and I was never invited over to dinner but, I knew them.
