Like everyone else, there is a nice puddle under the passenger side of my truck, from the AC drain. I noticed today, though, that my puddle isn't all water. There is a jelly substance that is there. I tried a quick search but couldn't find anything. Has anyone noticed this with their truck?

300 hectares on single tank of kerosene
AC drippage should be as clean as the air around you. Did you have something on the floor that would have caused this?

Looks like HVAC drain snot, like the build up from the house AC. Probably some sort of algae. I’d try running outside air only for a while to try and dry it out. Does it smell in the cab?

It’s really good on toast. As an HVAC guy I can say the slime found in AC condensate drains and drain pans is pretty disgusting. I guess it’s plausible the same thing would happen with the condensate from your vehicle’s AC. I guess just be glad it’s draining on its own and not clogging the drain causing a condensate backup issue.

But if it did, it might be the most valuable 3rd gen still on the road!

Well, I am not sure how much time I have left. I managed to get some of the goo on my hand while cleaning it up. As luck would have it my nose happened to itch at the same time and, you guessed it, I got goo in my nose. I now have one eye that has changed color and my right hand is getting scaly...

In all seriousness, thanks for the feedback and the laughs. I haven't noticed an odor in the truck. I will see if running fresh air only will clean things up.
