Marker lights stay on when Truck is off

I changed a fuse for the Dome light . Found it when I was trying to find out why stereo (after market 5yrs ago) stopped working . thought it was a little strange the dome light fuse was blown . So I replaced it . Went out in different vehicle and came home after dark and my truck marker lights were on ?? I checked all switches nothing left on. So I thought all I did is change that fuse . So I pull the Dome light fuse and the marker lights go off . What is going on ???
