It looks like both sides of my front sway bar links are bent, due to the new 4in lift I just had installed. It also seems the rubber inside of the link is worn out and causing a clunk in the front end on full crank turns. Has anyone ever had this problem with them bending like this? And are there any links that are made for 4in lifts?

I know kinda ridiculous. I was told the lift was OK because I have upper control arms made for a 2-4in lift so I don't know what the deal is with the sway bar links.

I would not drive it with those links bent like that. They are severely bent. Please post more pics and details of the lift that is installed. Something is not right. Is there a drop down kit on the sway bar mounts?

3in spacer and bilsteins are set to 1in. Freedom upper control arms for 2-4in.

Are those the Bilstein 5100's? If I'm correct, the issue that you have is a result of stacked lifts.....which is a big no-no.

Yes they are 5100's, maybe I was lied to about the setup from the mechanic.

Soo forfeit the spacer and jack up the Billy's fully is the only option to fix this I guess. Jeez what a pain

Yes. Replace those sway bar links too. What size tires are you running?

So I have redid the job myself set the Billy's to the top setting 2.3in and have a small .5in top plate spacer suggested by the boys at toytec who helped me(they compressed the spring and reset the billys settings). That spacer gives a 1in lift bringing it to 3.3in on the front and put on 3in blocks on the back. Keeping the rake that I think looks great.
