I’ve been searching for the guy that posted about removing the “pillows” from the air box, I wanted to see if there was an update.

Update to what? A lot of us are driving around with out those pillows...no impact to driveability or fuel trims....just more happy little noises

I pulled the bags in the 24 and installed Trd filters . “Imo” it all but cured the white knuckle dead pedal. Yes you can hear the turbos more, but that just means they are breathing better lol . Weird to restrict half the air boxes on a twin turbo for sound bags . I was going to pull them on the 23 as well but I want to compare as they get more miles on them . It’s a no brainer imo and worth the effort . Try it and report your findings ‍♂️

It’s just a charcoal mat in the bottom of the air box. No air flows through it so theres no performance gain if removed.
