Where can I get a built A340E

I have a 2002 Tundra v6 4x2 with an automatic transmission. My transmission has been having a lot of problems and when we took it to a specialist they found the magnets in the pan were full of metal.

I can have them rebuild it for $3650 but I'd like to see if there are any reputable places online that sell rebuilt transmissions that fix all the problems with the stock one. So far, I've only found a place called extreme performance that has one for a reasonable price.

Will the trans from an 05 tacoma 4 cyl auto work? Not sure if it's a direct replacement.
