Why are there so many non 3rd Gen Tundra owners in the 3rd Gen sections?....

This thread is bound to attract a lot of attention by the shear nature of the title. There are a couple specific 3rd Gen threads THAT WILL GET YOU BOOTED OFF IF YOU DON'T HAVE A 3RD GEN. I'm only using hi case because I never have. Ha!
I own a freaking Frontier, but have been a fairly long time member here that has owned two Tundras and a Taco. Know where to preach here and you will do just fine! Shoot, Taylor Swift can post on this stupid thread. IF SHE JOINS.

Anchorage TRUULI vodka works. I calibrated their flow meters while up there. Dropped a flow meter off. Samples were pretty good! .

 

Funny. On the forum you note, which I have been a member of since 2015 when I purchased my Gen3 Taco, the Gen3 Taco members receive the same bashing from Pre Gen3 Taco owners that the Gen3 Tundra owner's here receive from pre Gen3 Tundra owners. I'm not bashing Gen4 Taco owners. I hope they are happy with their Truck. Kids will be kids. We can only hope the bashing kids accept their decisions and grow into responsible, productive, law abiding adults! Yeah, sure, you bet!

 

A coworker just bought a 13 Taco. "I don't know anything about trucks. My first truck. It has a salvage title but pretty cool. Manual tranny, 100K miles." Me..."what did you pay?" Coworker..."$29K". Me.."Who the f**k sold you that?" A corner dealer." Dumb f**k. He knows I know a bit about 4X4's. I told him that I found the same non salvaged 13 like his for $7K less. 44K miles. He's not talking to me now. SMH.

Yah that is a bit of robbery. I installed a Magnuson SC in my v6 AT gen3 taco with a YotaWerx Stryker Tune. 60K miles later and it still kicks ass. Only reason I added the Gen3 Tundra was because the Taco frame is too small for towing my camper. The Gen3 Tundra has been amazing in every aspect and is more impressive than my Taco in every aspect.

Saw this guy in the middle of the road today. Thought he was dead (he wasn’t).

It’s surprisingly hard to run over a snake. They coil up and run away but I got him. too close to the farm for comfort.

Z1 Offroad has a Harrop SC pretty much ready to go. Patiently waiting for pricing. At my age, seriously considering. Dyno's are indicating some serious gains.

 

If you want install help lmk. My Magnuson took me about 20 hours. Instructions were spot on. I've got no experience with the Harrop but I know they are in many many performance vehicles.

The 4runner forums are full of A holes too. This place is like a church picnic by comparison.

 

As much as there are a bunch of pricks on TW, there's also waaaay more crybabies too. Mods have their hands full over there.

 

I use to be on it quite a bit several years ago. TW definitely isn't a laid back site. Can't imagine Modding over there now. Ha!

 

I prefer weeping willows. Weeping Willie's is even better.
