Dasaita g12 camera issue

Hey does anyone have this issue? I am struggling to find a solution.
I have a 16 tundra and I purchased a dasaita scout camera headunit on my truck and it's been great with no issues. I currently upgraded to the dasaita g12 and it works even better until recently the camera won't come on. It has been working great until last week I hired a mobile detailer to clean my truck. That night the camera stopped working. Of course I purchased a new camera and installed and no luck. I even checked the pin connector(reverse) on the back of the head unit and it's getting roughly 13v, so there is power going to head unit when I shift in reverse. All I get is a black screen with a yellow warning ⚠️. I am curious if it's something in the settings.
Anyone else have this issue.
