That's cute. I'm considered barely armed and a quick check of the inventory lost in a boating accident had me at 13 pews. I might have missed some.

 

Test everything.

• Water pump should pressurize and not cycle again. If it cycles then there’s a slow leak somewhere.
• make sure the fridge and h2o heater work on both electric and power.
• Furnace is propane only and easy to test. A/C is 120v only and also easy to test.
• Look in the wheel wells for damage. If the previous owner lost a tire while towing that area could be jacked up
• Ask if the wheel bearings have ever been serviced.
  
• Get up on the roof and inspect everything. Look for tears and repairs and make sure the roof caulk is in good shape.
• That is a light weight trailer so that means the frame will be light weight too. I would crawl under and make sure the suspension and welds all look good. People tend to overload them.

Just like cars, if the previous owner took care of it the trailer will feel good.

Great comments here on your inspection. Also make sure the awning closes and opens properly, with the side arms, look at those when closing to make sure they line up and aren’t bent. Awning is a common screwup item.

Simple math though tells us that even if your state has 10 times the number of 'pews' per person that we have; we'd still have more, cuz you've got like 1,000 residents in the entire state, right???
