    OBDII Connector.jpg Gents,

I took my Bluetooth dongle out to the Tundra to see if Torque Pro would show me transmission temperature. I found the attached already in the OBDII port. Four pins and four wires. There are also two wires with unfilled crimp connectors. I haven't had the time or energy to trace them, but they run to the passenger side. The truck ran normally without the connector installed.

Any idea what it might be?

I’m guessing that either goes to the HU or remote starter

HU? If it had a remote starter, I didn't get the remote...

Doesn't seem like enough wires to go to a Pedal Commander-like thingy.

    Alot of them
The Pedal Commander does not use the OBD port. The Banks Pedal Monster however (a far more superior product) does.

My money is that it goes to the head unit to convey vehicle data to be displayed on it.

Head Unit: AKA Stereo. Some units used it to power the backup camera. Both Sony and Kenwood use that setup. As for the remote starter, try pressing the lock button on your remote 3 times quickly and see if your truck starts

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, backup camera... that would be easy to test.

And yup, it's info going to the JVC head unit, including the backup camera.

    No remote start.
