I am currently running stock wheels (20”) and tires on a 2022 Tundra. I am looking to find out what wheel off-set and tire size I can go up to WITHOUT adding a lift to the truck.

    1) Can I go down to an 18” wheel? If so, what is the max wheel off-set & tire size I can install? I do not want to go negative on the off-set…a 0-offset would be my max.

    2) Same question as above if I stay with 20”s.

    Thanks for the help!

I think you could run +40 ish offset with a ~34" tire without doing much. A "0" offset would probably cause a stock sized tire to rub.

17, 18 or 20" wheels could fit (just watch for balance weights hitting the brakes if you went to 17's).

There is a very long wheel and tire thread for Gen 3's that is worth looking at.

I run method 314s, size 17 at a +25 offset. Tires are toyo open country AT3s 285/75/17 which is like 33.9” and I have zero rub on stock suspension. You might be able to go a little bigger with some trimming. But stock a 34” is the biggest you could go. I’d personally go with 17s for more tire options. But as mentioned above wheel weight placement is important.

Sorry to be so ignorant, but what is the offset on stock 20" wheels? (265/60R20 tires)

I am not sure about the offset on the stock wheels. My guess would be +40-+55.

The OE wheels are around +60 and I think the TRD Pro BBS wheels are about +45.

I have the same size tires as @Csteppe on my aftermarket wheels and I do get rubbing, my wheels are +15.

It seems that going from +60 to +15 is enough to create rubbing
