Can 35s fit a stock 2015 trd pro with an aftermarket bumper?

Hi! Im new to the group! I'm looking into getting a used 2.5 gen. I see a stock 2015 trd pro for sale with low mileage. I understand that in a sr5 or similar tundra you need a lift and push the plastic of the front fender foward to fit a 35. For a trd pro, it comes with an upgrade bilstein suspension. If I instal a aftermarket front bumper does the stock trd pro suspension and wheel allow enough lift and offset for a 35?
