How to polish these wheels?

    Recently picked this up.

    I like the wheels but they need a good shine.


    I tried rubbing compound, but it would need like 10 coats.


    What have you guys used to bring these back up to shine-y?!

    I dont think you are polishing any of that off....looks worn, etched. I would think repaint or powdercoat would be your options.
