If this has been posted I'm happy to take a look. Did a search and didn't find anything.

    2023 Tundra.

When I turn the blower motor on to circulate air, it always blows very cool air. And then when I turn the AC button on, it barely (and I mean barely) gets colder. Sometimes I don't even notice a difference. I haven't done a temperature reading yet, but thinking I will.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced that.

What I've noticed is if you have the blower on and don't touch the AC button at all, the AC will still run. You need to press the AC button until the display actually shows "AC OFF". Then it'll start blowing warmer air. Then if you push it again it shows "AC ON" and it'll start blowing cold.

It's kind of a dumb way to do it IMO. When I first got the truck I was very confused why it was blowing cold air but I didn't turn the AC on at all. At this point I just leave it on AUTO and let it do it's thing.

Something else I've noticed. I you just press the "Auto" button and set a temperature the AC will blow harder than if you manually set the fan speed. I have the non-dual zone version.

Thank you both. Yeah, it's strange how this works.
