You already have a lawyer. Ask them. Nobody hear will know better than an actual lawyer.

Not sure how a buyback claim works on 'cosmetic' issues. None of the items that were listed prevent you from using the truck. I agree that the quality seems lacking but if that was the case, Ford and GM would have to buyback a large percentage of their production.

I belive that sometimes, after a certain amount of out of service days, constitutes as buy back regardless of what it is. This is why I stay clear of any first year modles. I am no one's guinea pig, especially for a multi-billion dollar company.

It varies by each state's lemon law(s) and from what I've read the out of service days usually have to be consecutive to quality. It's also generally to to occur within a timeframe closer to the purchase date. OP's first post https://www.tundras.com/threads/300-miles-in-and-someone-hit-my-truck.105239/ put's this as several years since purchase, and it looks like some of the lost time was due to a hit and run. A buyback isn't happening.

Posting about this on a public forum cannot help, and can possibly hurt your case. Toyota has tons of lawyers.

I honestly don't see any of your items on your list as a reason for a buy back.
I have had my truck since 2022 and 55,000 miles on it now, and I have only been back to the dealer for one warranty item, repaired the same day that I had an oil change done, so in total 0 days out of service because of issues. I would think most owners have an experience similar to mine.
I am not saying your items are not valid, but when your list of complaints is that long and includes the items that it includes; if I was a judge, a jury member, a Toyota client service manager, a case manager.....I would probably roll my eyes and suggest you go buy a Mercedes or Rolls Royce or something if those are your expectations from a vehicle.
Again, not saying your items are not valid, and I respect that you want to get what you pay for, but sometimes it is better to concentrate on serious issues and don't mention the not-so-serious items which might make you come across as having unreasonable expectations from a pick-up truck.
Just my honest opinion and answer to your question.

No idea how this works but if you bought in Nevada why cant you lemon law it there? Is it because the repairs weren't done in Nevada?

That list sounds like minor annoyances you allowed to bother you rather than actual problems. You cannot expect Ferrari quality at Hyundai prices

I would just trade it on something else and cut your losses. The issues you state, whether minor or not, will continue to bug you until you rid yourself of the vehicle
