Having an issue that only seems to happen when taking a turn to the right at speed. If I take an off ramp and am in a constant turn, it seems like my ABS engages on the front drivers side caliper.

Makes that loud pulsating vibration off and on. Seems to only happen when going around a big turn like this at higher speed, and only so far when turning to the right.

    Any ideas?

I did replace my calipers last year with a set of powerstop calipers. I just pulled the tire to check and it appears that one side of pad is wearing more. looks like i have a caliper sticking. Would this cause the issue?

Possibly a warped rotor or wheel bearing going bad

That sounds like normal operation of the stability control to me. My truck does the same thing if I'm driving "aggressive" around tighter turns and corners in the mountains. It does it more since I switched from 285/60R20s to 35x12.5x17(ABS pump starts pulsing the brakes, and light flashes along with a beeping noise). Is your truck lifted? Bigger than stock tires? A sticking caliper won't typically cause the ABS to activate like that. My advice-take the turns a little slower.:)

    Ok maybe that’s it?

I am Running 295/65-20 and the 5100’s on the 2.5” setting

it’s just strange it only seems to do it when turning one way- I wouldn’t say my speed is overly aggressive when it happens, but as you mentioned it doesn't do it when I go slow. I haven’t noticed the light on dash flashing and it doesn’t make the beeping noise

Hmmm...your wheel/tire setup is very similar to my size.(both 35s) I run the Eibach protruck 2.0 cranked all the way up with a 3/8 in shim for a little over 3 inches. Also have a buddy who is setup similar to our trucks and has complained of the same issue you describe. He is also driving fast and turning/banking on parts of the freeway. I'm not sure if all trim levels came with the audible warning system or flashing light that goes off during stability/traction issues. Although the platinum should have all the bells and whistles, id imagine. I cant say that this is what is going on with your truck, although it sounds all too familiar. Anyways, hope you figure it out man.

Is you dust/debris shield behind the rotor bent slightly. Had this happen on my truck on driver's side rear. Only made a noise/vibration when turning right at speed or sharply (like pulling into a parking space).
This happened to me after replacing calipers on the rear axle.
Jacked it up, pulled the wheel, and slowly rotated it via the lugs until we heard the rub.

truck has 310K miles on it. thinking about replacing the wheel bearing in case it has a little bit of play that is causing tire to slightly move in a turn, which engages the ABS??. That or maybe another worn front end component?

I did replace the passenger side hub/bearing a couple years ago, but never got around to drivers side. It doesn't seem to have any play when I jack the truck up and try to move the tire. but maybe its worn just enough to cause the issue?
