Can’t turn parking assist off after recall

So I just got my 2023 back after the neutral recall reprogramming, and I can’t turn off the parking assist anymore. I turn it off in the dash, the light comes on telling me it’s off, but as I creep forward in my garage, before I get to my stop blocks, the parking brake slams on with the red “BRAKE” warning. I’ve tried turning it back on and off a few times, restarted the truck several times, but no change. It was successfully turned off before the recall reprogramming. Anyone else seeing this?
