    Many threads on this. Sparks has gone down hill in the past 2 years it seems. Folks struggle getting responses on order status and its taking a lot longer to get parts. In the future, shop around and hopefully find another online parts distributor for about the same price.
    Toyotapartsdeal.com works for some but folks have issues with them too
    I've used https://autoparts.fredandersontoyota.com/ my last few orders and I've been happy with price and shipping times (a few things have been back ordered but that would have affected anyone I ordered from)

    Many "local" dealerships have been bought up by larger "national" car dealership companies in the last two years. Don't be misled by the dealership name. Behind it may be a huge company.

    I just ordered a grab handle kit last week. It showed up in 3 days. I got no issue.

    More than likely it's not Sparks fault. There are lots of supply issues everywhere.

    I’ve been trying to get in touch with them
    They have my order as unavailable for over 2 months now and I don’t want to wait anymore. I want my money back but they never answer the phone or texts/emails
