Fellas, I need advice. I have gone down the rabbit hole on trying to determine what tires will fit my 2024 Tundra SR5 XP without replacing the wheels. I'm mentioning XP because it's an appearance package here in the southeast, and it comes with nice, but frustrating wheels. Frustrating because there is no info online about the offset. I have been traveling since I bought the truck so haven't been able to take the wheels off yet. Does anyone know? My best guess is around +60 based off of some wheels that look similar that I found online. I tired to attach a pic hopefully y'all can see it.

This leads me to my ultimate question, what is the largest tires y'all have seen on an SR5 with rims with such a large offset? I currently have 265/70r18, but i'd like to max it out as big as possible without a lift or level (I will do a lift if this thing is still running in 5 years). I have about two inches from the control arm, so maybe could bump up to 285/75r18? What do yall think? This is my first time doing anything with wheels/tires so any advice is appreciated.

If your are actually getting frustrated, why not just take a wheel off and look at it? Most manufacturers have all their info on the wheel. You might even be able to see it with the wheels installed but personally I'd just pull the wheel, put it face down, and then look at the info on the inside, get a picture so I don't have to do it again of everything they had, and then put the wheel back on. Maybe 10 minutes of work since its summer and hot out.

That will at least help you know what your of set is.

Older thread (note the 3rd gen in the first post is identified as 2014+ but that is 2014-2021 when they were called 3rd gen prior to the release of the 2022 tundra) i link this cause folks with 3rd gens do post in it if you go to the end.

    I concur with @RobertD
    Pull a wheel and look.

Although this was easily found on a web search.. upload_2024-7-2_22-46-44.png

So for shits and giggles, we can say the offset is +60..
Most Gen 2.5 OEM wheels average +55.

@RobertD I have been in TX since the day after I bought the truck and will be out here for another two weeks so that's why I haven't taken them off yet. I figured I would post here in the meantime.

Thanks for linking that thread I will take a look

@1lowlife Thank you, what did you search to find this? I was going the reverse image search route and clearly failed miserably lol

    Just a generic Google (DUCKDUCKGO)search.
When I saw the website I remembered I've used it before.
    Glad to help..

Gonna post a resolution here in case other people have the same question and find this thread. The wheels in question are +60 offset, confirmed by the tire shop that put on the new tires.

The largest tire that fits the stock SR5 suspension, with a +60 offset at full lock is 295/70R18. There is no rub at all, .7 inches of clearance from the control arm/front wheel liner, about .5 inches of clearance from the mud flap/back wheel liner. As a note, the tire shop I went to was amazing (Blacks Tire and Auto in the Carolinas), they were willing to try multiple options, for example 285/75R18 technically fit, but it touched the wheel liner slightly.

I think this is the sweet spot that I was looking for. Here is a pic.

3/2 Lift Gear Double Pump rims 295/70r18 Nitto Terra Grappler G2s

It really doesn't even look like it need a lift.
If you're interested in MPG savings, and do NOT need your truck for more than moderate off-road driving, check out Nitto Recon Grapplers - 295/70r18 S116. They only weigh 52.49 lbs.
I don't know that the set up you have will hurt your MPG much, but if it does, check out the recons.

Also, the truck looks sick with those larger tires!
