Hello! Need some help. I have a Samsung S10. When I take a video, it looks great on the phone. But if I transfer it to my computer or send to a friend in email, it is pixelated. I stopped at Verizon today and he said I needed a video converter app. He said he couldn’t legally recommend one as it wasn’t a Verizon product. He did mention to get an app without adware.

At 70 years old, this isn’t a strong point for me. Can anyone help with a recommendation?

Also, if I download the video to my computer running Windows 11, is there something EASY to learn so I can edit some of the videos.

    Any help appreciated.
