My axle housing for my 03 2wd v6 regular cab w/ ABS is at the end of its life. I picked up a housing in better shape that came with axles and backing plates that I plan to swap in. At this point I know some of the things I will need to do this job but am unsure of a few parts. So far I know I will need U-bolts and tie plates, brake lines, abs sensors etc. The parts I am unsure of are the seals. As I understand it there is an inner and outer seal for the axle, I plan to pick those up along with a new gasket for the third member. Is there anything else I need to do this job? Any advice is appreciated as I am kinda a noob (I will be having a much more experienced friend help me do this job =) I have been referencing the attached parts diagram

Since the bearing and tone ring or spacer has to be pressed off might as well get those too. If you don’t have a press you’ll have to send it out.
