Running lights, another question but a mystery to me

    2015 Tundra SR5 with 5.7 (not sure if that matters. My running lights for my boat trailer aren’t working. I’m getting no power to the 4 pin fuse out back (tested with a 12v test light and a volt meter set to DC). My interior fuse panel cover is missing so I have no idea what is what. Can someone post a picture of their interior fuse panel cover? TIA

    Also, just checked my 7 pin harness and the running lamps have no power either.
