I am putting this thread here, since I figure fixing broken stuff on a truck is part of recovery. I've put in some time on long solo isolated trips and have been lucky driven by fear of actually busting stuff. Couple times I've come out with broken components and been able to find repair
    at local town.
Has anyone ever put a Premier power welder in a Tundra? They don't list one, but wonder if anyone got it done?

Never in a Tundra, but several other rigs within my wheeling group. Good product, in my opinion.

Just since it's a 150A alternator in the Tundra, wondered with all the computer stuff if it's an issue. Both my other trucks are
mechanical direct injection diesels but also have vacuum pumps attached so too complicated for them.
Seems like the Tundra guys only go so far. Just curious, does your crowd include land cruisers of old or less than 20 yr old rigs?

Couple guys in new-ish Jeeps, but mostly older Toyotas. One guy with an LS2 powered 4400 car.

    Nothing too new though.
